Sibaya Casino ( Durban , South Africa ) An architectural statement which in itself adopts the African environmental features.This project is a genuine iconic milestone for the site-cast concrete wall panel industry. Panels were cast in a two-phase operation. Certain panels had battered faces requiring the integral columns to taper so that once the back face of the column was plumb, the front face of the panel would slope backwards.
Freedom Towers at Walter Sisulu Square ( Gauteng , South Africa ) This monument was designed to demonstrate social harmony as five columns are made of black concrete with white aggregate. Four columns are made of white concrete with black aggregate – large floodlights inside and outside the columns provide a spectacular illumination at night.
Tilt-Up for Schools and Other Education Facilities Government Treasuries are always plagued for funds to build new schools and other educational facilities. America acknowledges Tilt-Up can do it cheaper and produce a lower ongoing maintenance and energy structure.
